Overall: best dimsum place I've tried in Seattle so far but many items were too greasy and OILY. That would be my main complaint. Description of foods that we tried: Egg tart - best item today. Only small critique is that the pastry was a bit oily. But the custard was soooo good Siu mai- one of the best items day! Har gow- does not have the proper shrimp texture. Relatively dry Turnip cake - good flavor but oh boy is it OILY. So OILY Shrimp rice roll - good flavor and texture in the roill itself. Soy sauce not sweet enough Shrimp taro - Shrimp flavpur was good but taro and batter was too fried and greasy tasting Fried bean curd with shrimp filling - decent. I think I prefer the usual steamed one though. Bbq pork pastry - pastry texture was decent. Nothing to write home about Matcha lava (black bun) - flavor was not amazing. Bun texture was fine. Would not get again Ube Mochi salted egg lava dessert - mochi was not chewy. Flavors were fine.

I am addicted to Dim Sum so I had to rush over here the second I heard about this place and I wasn't too disappointed. We came here to specifically try the crispy shrimp wrapped in rice noodles and it was ok. I really liked the texture and flavor of the crispy shrimp but the contrasting texture of the rice noodle threw me off a bit. We also found the steamed sticky rice and black bean spare ribs lacking flavour. The sticky rice had a mild medicinal taste from the lotus leaf but otherwise there was almost no seasoning and the spare ribs just needed more black bean sauce to pump up the umami flavour. Our favorite items were the steamed bean curd wrap and the special/royal shrimp spring rolls. We also had the garlic green beans which were fantastic, the smShui Mai, pork with imitation crab and sesame balls which were over cooked but the red bean paste was delicious and I'll always eat a sesame ball. The service here is what you want it to be. They will not hover over your table or come check on you because there is a call server button on the iPad if you need anything. The only downside is sometimes they forget about your order because you order through an iPad instead of face to face but they react lightning fast when you hit that call button. I'm also not sure if they have additional sauces for your dimsum. I like a little plate of hot mustard, chili sauce and worstwisher sauce for dipping but they just had soy sauce and chili oil on the table so next time I'll just ask. I would definitely eat here again.

We came for dinner, but since we had heard it’s dim sum was good, we ordered a couple. The stirfry green beans and eggplant with salted fish claypot were both flavorful and large portions. I was very impressed with the crispy shrimp tofu rolls. Piping hot, crispy and with very large shrimp. Service was friendly and quick. No problems, parking and no weight getting a table.

- So good but so far - We heard about this place from our friends and I've been here 5 times. There is always a long wait since they are so good and popular, but we came at 2 pm today on a Saturday and the four of us got seats right away. Here are the things we ordered: 1. Purple yam mochi with lava egg custard 2. Pork & shrimp siu Mai 3. Chicken feet in sauce 4. Sticky rice in lotus wrap 5. Stuffed eggplant w/shrimp 6. Black bun king with matcha lava custard 7. Hk rice roll with special peanut sauce 8. Green beans with hk style pickle 9. Salt & pepper tofu. I highly recommend 1 and 8. 1 is their specialty that I haven't found elsewhere, and it's a good balance of custard and purple yam, but the outer shell could be a bit oily. Their green beans are nice and crunchy. The other stuff is standard and harder to mess up, though my mil said the salt and pepper tofu was more firm (they usually use silk tofu). Regardless, my husband finished it all. Btw, the black bun is just custard bun since you could barely taste any matcha at all. The only thing that I'm not a fan of is the rice roll with peanut sauce ... It's just too much sauce for me. If the wait is not bad most of the time, I'd give it a five star. You have to allocate your time accordingly since sometimes you can end up waiting 1-2 hours here due to its popularity. However, the taste and affordable price is still much better than the dim sum places in Bellevue.

Someone strongly recommended this restaurant for dimsum ! I completely dissapointed about the worst service in my life by 3 servers and food runners(?) and most greasy dishes. This restaurant might has reputation before and have loyal clients so servers and food runner never care about service. For example, we needed to order by tablet then each or several dishes served by different staffs but not explaining about the dish "what this dish is" at all....just they left dishes and gone. So ridiculous situatuons all the time. Requested soy sauce bowl then, brought disposal 2oz portion cup..Call staffs by button on tablet and showed up then unkind and not really speaking or answering.. never heard "hi", "how is the food", "bye", "thank you", "anything else", "is it okay?" never seen this type of serving. I tried 6 kind of dishes( a lot for 2 people) ...bad flavor shrimp fried rice, you can find better dim sum in any other restaurant. They might know they have bad service but I felt they dont want to fix it. So sad wasting time and money for...

Truly good dim sum is hard to find. Google will tell you Harbor City or Jade Garden, but real dim sum is actually in the southern suburbs. Whole experience was great, from ordering on the tablet, to quick and efficient service, to tasty and high quality dishes. One down side is it’s expensive.

There's a lack of good dim sum places around Seattle. Mostly are pretty average. Saw lots of TikTok and IG posts about Triumph Valley's new outpost in Shoreline, figured i should try out the one that's worked out all the new restaurant kinks first. It was Sat lunch time and there was no wait. No push cart, you order with the tablet on your table. The selection is quite extensive for Seattle standard, but i think they cook to order to keep things fresh so it takes a while before food shows up. The best one was the regular Shu Mai. Shrimp dumpling and Shrimp & chives dumplings were much larger than typical size and offer great value. Fried taro balls and football were very well done. Tripes were a little too tender but flavor was good. Crispy shrimp in tofu skin was also very good. The only let down was the chew ciao dumpling being under seasoned and the skin being too chewy. Overall this place offers very tasty dim sum without he China town parking hassle.
